Version 1.3.0 of WinTVC out

After yesterday’s update, this time a new version my Videoton TV Computer emulator (WinTVC) is being made available. An increase of the minor release version number is justified by the scope of changes and new features, which are as follows:
- all four expansion slots are now supported
- support for Texas Instruments SN76489 sound IC emulation (via emulation of the Multisound and Gamecard expansion cards)
- improved tape sound
- snapshot improvement (ID, compatibility between 32 and 64 bit)
- $FD prefix disassembly fixed
