After a long while a new Ultimo release

After so many years, my Microkey Primo emulator, Ultimo, received an update. The following novelties are included in this release:
- paste text from the Windows clipboard
- “typeload” BASIC program text into the emulator (.BAS extension)
- more robust fullscreen mode
