New WinTVC out at last

After a long hiatus, a new version (1.1.1) of my Videoton TV Computer (Enterprise 64/128 relative), has been released. Changes and fixes:
- support for custom ROM configurations
- RCA cable emulation
- support for FILEIO.ROM loading CAS and other types of files from the file system directly (ep128emu feature)
- support for non-standard HBLANK length
- video bank register reset fix
- DPI awareness fix
- maximizing window fix
- sound IRQ bugfix
- fixed memory leak in device contexts when no status bar is present
