Bugfix for HT1080Z

There was a nasty bug in the latest release of my EACA VideoGenie emulator. If no PC-joystick could be found it detected movements and keypresses erroneously. Anyway, this has been sorted out quickly, so get the new 1.6.4 version from the Download page while it's crispy.
