Problems? Here's the fix!

In case some of the emulators may not run properly (showing a message box telling that the program configuration is not correct) one has to download the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 C++ runtime DLL from this page (external link to Microsoft's download page):

Next time I'll make sure all emulator binaries are compiled with static linking to these libraries, but chances are good that these are already installed on most machines anyway.
